Youth Voice & Empowerment through Civic Responsibility, Academic achievements, and Personal accountability (C.A.P.) Our mission is to foster Civic Responsibility, Academic Achievements, and Personal Responsibility while increasing performance/graduation rates and community responsibilities among students most at risk by empowering them to reach their potential.  With the aid of staff and the community students will be better prepared to excel academically, learn to overcome societal stereotypes, limitations, possible parental absences, lowered expectations all while growing and demonstrating their leadership skills.  This will be achieved by fostering their faith, partnerships with existing schools, community leaders, businesses, and by creating new evidence-based programs to develop a comprehensive, community-based network of services and stakeholders among Village supporters.
